ical is an agency with a distinct difference in that we bring a wealth of merchandising experience and understand all aspects of the business from the grower through to the spinner. We can advise buyers and sellers on market conditions, crop conditions and progress, act impartially to resolve differences and to ensure that all parties understand their duties and responsibilities. We add tremendous value to the role normally carried out by an agent. We believe that we can forge valuable and worthwhile partnerships between shippers and end users. One of our aims is to move away from the traditional adversarial relationship that has existed between buyer and seller; we would like to see buyers and sellers viewing each other as partners based on a mutual trust and understanding. Rather than approaching business on a short term contract by contract basis we would like our customers and shippers to build long term relationships; over time this will lead to a more fruitful business environment. Our customers will be able to engage in purchases from reputable and reliable shippers safe in the knowledge that we will be able to support you throughout the negotiation and contract execution process. We work to minimize risks for buyers and sellers alike.
